To get started with your personal training the best way forwards is to have a chat on the phone about what exactly you want to do, where you are situated, times you can train etc. Once we've found out some details we can advise on if we can help you and what we think the best way forwards is for you. This is also time to discuss how many times to train per week is best, the types of exercise we can offer, what our rates are and answer any other questions you may want to ask before you set up a trial session. In your first session Matthew will have a chat with you about what you want to do, they will go through some fundamentals to your success i.e. food, lifestyle, exercise frequency and any other areas that may need high lighting. From this point you will play with some exercises and he will show you how he works giving you an idea of what you may be doing in your personal training sessions. If you want to go ahead with training the next session you have Matthew will firstly carry out some non invasive fitness tests on you to ascertain blood pressure, body fat % on a Composition Analyser, body fat weight and many other fascinating results that will help track your success.
