What the Dietary Review involves…
The aim of the Dietary Review is to give you the opportunity for a qualified dietician to take a look at your current diet and make suggestions for improving it, taking into account what you currently eat and drink, your current lifestyle and what you want to achieve from the Dietary Review.
In order to assist the dietician make the best suggestions for you will need to:
Fully complete a 7-day food diary*. This involves you writing down all the food and drink you eat for a continuous period of 7 days.
You will also need to fill in a Nutritional Analysis Questionnaire* for the dietician so that your own lifestyle, training goals and other personal details can be taken into account for the dietary improvement suggestions.
Your Dietary Review will be emailed back to you and as soon as it is you can make changes to your diet and better the way you eat.

* Please note: It is important to fully complete both the personal details sheet and the food diary sheets as accurately and fully as possible. Incomplete sheets will need to be returned before they can be used.
